You were always full of ideas, optimistic, believed it was possible, passionate about you dreams.You were the best salesman I ever met, you sell your ideas and vision so passionately it was hard not to buy into it. You were a tough boss; tough because like you said, tough times and tough bosses bring out the best in you……you were so right.  I learnt so much from you Osaze, you remain the best boss ever and I am glad I told you so two weeks ago. It’s so hard to believe it, so hard to accept but thank God I met you. RIP OZ.

I am shocked!!!!!

i watched you on tv just the night before and even took the piss about just how much you must have hated wearing that sash at the FBN event but would do almost anything for the Bank you had become so fund of and pursued its success over and above almost all else.

I recall your endearing opening speech at the last FBN Capital led event, from BRIC to BRINCS, where you had spoken of the bank as family!!!!  We joked at the event and you called me by my nickname known only to those thatknew me as a child.  

Osaze, Oz-Man, Oz-the-Man, so short, yet so successful and I dare say impact full.   I know your footprints will remain in the hearts of those that knew you well and for those of us that knew you long, we must take solace that while Oz the Man may be physically gone, his memory will tarry with us all until we see again.

Often I have heard: "it is not how long but how well". 

And then I heard Jesus echo the same words differently saying..."I must do the works of He who has called me while it is day.  For the night comes when no man can do any work". 

If I have to sum up my experiences and lessons learnt from working with you for five years in one phrase, that will be "It is possible". "It can be done".

...And the night comes for each one of us to sleep and rest from our works...
