Osaze,
It is hard to believe that you are gone - you were truly one of the best! Rest in peace, brother and may God grant Ibukun and the family the fortitude to bear the loss.

Osaze Osifo,
One of the 4 Musketeers in Unilag Mech Engr 1988. You were always a great chap. Maybe even the glue that held us together back then.
Even though we have not been regularly in touch, every time we met was a good time.
Your passing is a great shock. God indeed disposes as I proposed coming to see you on the 29th of February 2012. God has greater plans for you.
Rest in the bossom of the Lord....Rest in Peace, Osaze.
For the rest of your family, May God comfort them and strengthen them and assure them in HIS majesty of HIS better plans for Osaze. Amen.

"To live in the hearts of those we leave behind is not to die. The sorrow of the faithful is not that of permanent loss but the tender sense of sadness that comes in saying goodbye, for now, to someone we love"
May today's sorrow give way to the peace and comfort of God's Love. Oz, we will miss you. Fond memories of all the SAA flights to Lagos. Ibukun & the whole Osifo family - you are in my thoughts and prayers at this time.
Sharing in your sorrow with love, Monica Musonda

Oz, I remember the good times we all had at your Hampstead flat during your bachelor days, I remember the party where you met Ibuks and the church you got married in, I remember when Adesuwa was born (what a bundle of joy) and when Ehi was born (a delight). You threw the best parties and created space for many people to meet and make new friends. Such memories...such a loss.
I'm glad to hear you made your peace with the Father. Rest in peace and until we all meet again.

JUST LIKE THAT... |
March 2, 2012 |
Tues 21/2: meeting @ NESG. You were leaving early, I arrived late. We couldn't talk...big hug + a quick "WGYL". Fast-forward to Wed 29/2 - OG walks into my office and says: "Osaze died this morning". Just like that??? Hmm...na wa o! You would think that as one gets older death would become "familiar". It never does. RIP dear coz + friend...I guess this was your curtain-call and like every other actor on this stage called life you had to take your bow...and leave. I must say though that the consensus is that you were one great "actor" and I hope you can hear the deafening ovation from wherever you are.
Dear Ibukun...you are NOT alone.

Rest in peace Osaze, you left us too soon. My deepest sympathy to the Osifo family. It is difficult to comprehend the loss and I pray the good lord may strengthen you and help you all through this time of grief.
